We provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management designed to help you make informed decisions throughout the most important stages of your financial life.
Our planning may include:
Investment Management
Retirement Planning
Tax Planning
Estate & Legacy Planning
College Planning
Charitable Giving
Business Planning
We also provide guidance around areas such as Social Security, Medicare, insurance, and cash-flow planning when they are relevant to your situation. When a specialized professional is needed, we coordinate with your CPA, attorney, or other trusted professionals—or help you find one if needed.
You don't need to need every service we offer. Your planning is built around where you are today, where you want to go, and what matters most to you.

We primarily work with individuals, couples, and families who are approaching retirement, transitioning into retirement, or have recently retired—typically in their 50s and 60s.
Many of our clients have accumulated significant assets and are looking for more than investment management. They want someone who can help them make thoughtful decisions about retirement income, taxes, investments, estate planning, charitable giving, and their family's future.
We also enjoy working with families across generations, including helping parents and grandparents think through college planning, charitable giving, inheritances, and other long-term financial decisions.
Our relationships are built to last. We're generally a good fit for people looking for ongoing, comprehensive advice rather than speculative trading, day trading, or one-off investment recommendations.
-
We believe financial advice should be personal, objective, and free from conflicts created by selling products.
Fleming Wealth is a fee-only firm. We don't receive commissions, referral fees, or other compensation for recommending investments, insurance, or other financial products. That means our recommendations aren't influenced by what we can sell you—we're compensated by you for the advice and investment management we provide.
You'll also work directly with me. I don't hand clients off to a junior advisor or a separate service team. We typically meet at least twice a year for comprehensive reviews, have additional check-ins throughout the year, and remain available whenever questions or important decisions come up.
We're building long-term relationships—not trying to manage as many accounts as possible. The goal is to know our clients well enough to help them make better financial decisions for decades, not just manage their portfolio.
-
Think of Fleming Wealth as a financial partner you can actually reach.
We typically meet with clients at least twice a year for a comprehensive review, with additional calls and check-ins throughout the year. Between meetings, you're never expected to wait for your next scheduled review to ask a question or make a financial decision. Whether you're considering a large purchase, evaluating a tax strategy, receiving an inheritance, or simply want to talk through a financial decision, we're available to help.
Your financial plan and investment portfolio are monitored throughout the year, and we make adjustments when your circumstances or the portfolio itself call for them—not simply because the calendar says it's time.
Most importantly, you work directly with me. I want my clients to know that when they have a question, they're not being passed from one person to another. Whether it's a Tuesday morning or a Wednesday evening, I'm just a phone call or message away and will get back to you within 24 hours.
-
We'll begin with a complimentary introductory call to learn more about you, your goals, and what you're looking for from a financial advisor. If it seems like we're a good fit, we'll schedule a more in-depth discovery meeting.
From there, we'll look at your financial picture, evaluate your investments and planning needs, and develop recommendations tailored to your situation. If everything feels right, we'll work together to put the plan into action and continue managing and monitoring your finances over time.
There is no obligation to become a client. The goal of the first conversation is simply to determine whether we're a good fit for one another.

Our fee is based on the amount of assets we manage for you, using a tiered fee structure. As your portfolio grows, the rate applied to additional assets decreases.
The fee covers both investment management and the ongoing financial planning that comes with the relationship. There are no separate planning fees, account-opening fees, transaction fees, or commissions charged by Fleming Wealth.
Our fees are calculated monthly and billed in arrears based on the average balance in your account during the month, so you pay based on the assets actually managed during that period.
Most importantly, our compensation comes from you—not from the products or investments we recommend. This keeps our incentives aligned with the advice we're providing.
