Jackson Fleming, CFP®

Founder, Financial Advisor, and Chief Compliance Officer

Jackson brings a track record of working with high-net-worth clients and leading advisory teams in complex financial environments. He began his career with Wells Fargo Advisors in St. Louis, then joined Charles Schwab at their corporate headquarters in Westlake, Texas — where he quickly advanced through roles supporting and managing relationships with affluent clients. As a manager in both the High Net Worth and Managed Investment teams, Jackson helped guide clients through critical financial decisions and coached teams delivering personalized investment strategies.

Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri, where he met his wife, Ashley. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an Eagle Scout, bringing both professional discipline and a lifelong commitment to doing the right thing.

Built With Purpose

After years of working with affluent families and seeing how financial advice can make a meaningful difference in people's lives, Jackson wanted to build something of his own.

Fleming Wealth was created around a simple idea: financial advice should be personal, thoughtful, and built around the individual—not a product, a quota, or a one-size-fits-all investment strategy.

As an independent advisor, Jackson has the freedom to focus on what matters most: understanding his clients, building thoughtful financial plans, and being there to help them navigate the decisions that come with building and protecting wealth.

For Jackson, that means treating every client relationship as a long-term partnership—and always putting the client's interests first.

Outside the Office

Now based in Fort Worth, Jackson enjoys staying active and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Much of his free time is spent on the golf course or at the rink, where he coaches youth hockey and continues to play himself.

Jackson and his wife, Ashley, also enjoy traveling, camping, fishing, and spending time on the lake whenever they can. Whether it's planning the next trip, getting out on the water, or simply enjoying time with family and friends, he values making the most of the time outside of work.

Those interests are a big part of what Jackson enjoys about financial planning. To him, building wealth isn't just about reaching a number on a statement—it's about creating the freedom and confidence to enjoy the people, experiences, and moments that matter most.
